Coastal Beverage Company has completed its move to Pender Commerce Park. The company, a leading distributor of wine, beer and other beverages, announced its selection of a 27.7 parcel there in February 2018. US 421 Corridor Advances with Water and Sewer Infrastructure Completion

Greater Wilmington’s capacity to accommodate modern industry took a major step forward in December with the completion of $15.5 million in water and sewer infrastructure along US Highway 421.
